Terms of Use

1. Who operates the Service

The Service is operated by LCF Strategic Grant Solutions, based in Fairfax, Virginia ("LCF", "we", "us"). You can reach us at lavette@lcfgrants.com or (571) 354-8724.

The Service provides funding research, informational opportunity listings, human-reviewed opportunity matching, readiness and document checklists, and workflow tools for grant seekers and government contractors. LCF is independent of the sponsors, agencies and funders whose opportunities may appear. LCF is not a funding agency and does not award grants or contracts.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the organization or applicant you represent. You agree to provide accurate, current information, to keep it updated, and to keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

3. Your information and materials

You keep ownership of the information and documents you provide. You give LCF permission to store, review and use them only as needed to operate the Service and deliver the support you request.

Submit only documents you are authorized to share. Do not upload information that is not needed, such as Social Security numbers, bank credentials, medical information, or personal information about program participants or other third parties, unless LCF has specifically requested it and it is necessary.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy or harvest private data or other users' information from the Service.
• Upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
• Attempt to bypass sign-in, access controls or security measures, or access another person's account or records.
• Use the Service to misrepresent your organization or to mislead a funder.

5. No guarantee of funding or results

LCF does not guarantee funding, eligibility, acceptance, award, compliance, reimbursement, the availability of any opportunity, or any timing. Matches, fit reviews, readiness checklists and similar labels are advisory. See our Funding & Scoring Disclosures for details.

Each funder's official, current requirements control. You are responsible for verifying eligibility and requirements with the funder and for submitting complete applications or proposals on time.

LCF does not submit applications or proposals for you, or act as your representative with a funder or agency, unless you separately authorize that in writing.

6. Paid services

Creating an account or using the Service does not, by itself, engage LCF for paid services and does not start any subscription. Any fees, deliverables, refunds or cancellation terms for paid work will be disclosed in advance and set out in a separate written or signed service agreement, which governs that work.

7. Not legal, tax or accounting advice

The Service provides general information and organizational support. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.

8. Beta availability and changes

The Service is in a limited beta. Features may change, be paused or be removed, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. Reminders, due-date labels and notifications are a convenience only; they are not a substitute for tracking deadlines yourself.

9. Suspension and account requests

LCF may suspend or deactivate access for misuse, security reasons, or as otherwise authorized, and may archive accounts. You may stop using the Service at any time and may contact us at lavette@lcfgrants.com or (571) 354-8724 to ask about your account or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service and its content are provided for informational purposes on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Opportunity information comes from public and sponsor sources that can change, and we cannot promise it is complete, current or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, LCF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost funding, lost profits or missed deadlines, arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Updates will be posted here with a new version and date. For material changes, we will ask you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the client workspace.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, subject to any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
