What We Do
We review your organization, proposed project, location, timeline, and funding needs. You receive a ranked shortlist of relevant opportunities with eligibility findings, key restrictions, required documents, deadlines, and recommended next steps. Research may include grants and, when agreed in the project scope, sponsorships, partnerships, contracts, or technical assistance.
When you're ready to apply, we help you develop the narrative, budget justification, assessments, and required forms reviewers expect — so your application reflects your mission clearly and competitively.
Once funded, we assist you in managing the grant under your actual award terms and applicable rules, such as 2 C.F.R. Part 200 — reporting, financial tracking, procurement, and closeout.
We teach your staff and board how to develop grant language and manage awards according to federal requirements, so your organization builds lasting, in-house capacity.

Fund Our Services
Some awards may permit reasonable, necessary grant administration or project support costs. Whether a service can be charged to an award depends on the funding notice, approved budget, award terms, timing, and applicable cost rules. We review those conditions with you before proposing an award-funded scope.
Consultation, opportunity research, and application preparation are normally discussed and priced before an award decision; do not assume they will be reimbursed.
Grant administration costs
Some programs allow a limited amount for managing and administering the award. If the funding notice and approved budget permit it, qualified support may be charged there.
Project-related direct costs
When specific work is necessary for an approved project activity, it may be budgeted as a direct cost — if the award terms and cost rules allow it.
Indirect costs
Organizations with an approved or de minimis indirect cost rate may be able to recover some shared costs, depending on the award's limits.
