Government Contract Proposal Support

A clear, compliant response to what the government is asking for.

This is proposal support for government contracts — separate from grant applications. Grants are financial assistance; contracts are how federal, state, and local agencies buy goods and services through solicitations. LCF helps small businesses respond to those solicitations with organized, well-supported proposals.

Core Services

From solicitation to submission.

Solicitation & Bid/No-Bid Review

We review the RFP, RFQ, or solicitation — requirements, eligibility and fit, deadlines, submission instructions, and evaluation factors — so you can decide whether to bid with a clear view of what it will take.

Compliance Matrix & Proposal Strategy

We organize every requirement into a compliance matrix so each requested item is addressed and easy for evaluators to find, and shape a response strategy around the evaluation criteria.

Proposal Development

We help develop technical and management narratives, staffing and work plans, past performance presentation, and supporting content — all based on your company’s actual capabilities.

Red-Team / Evaluator Review

We review your draft for compliance, clarity, evidence, responsiveness, and evaluator-readiness before submission, with specific, practical revisions.

How we work

LCF helps you interpret the solicitation and strengthen your response. Your company remains responsible for the accuracy of its capabilities, pricing, certifications, and representations.

Fees

Services are priced as fixed-fee or hourly professional services. Fees are not contingent on winning the contract and are never a percentage of the award.

Procurement integrity

LCF does not use or request non-public source-selection information, other contractors’ bid or proposal information, or other procurement-sensitive information. We screen each engagement for potential conflicts related to prior government work.

Next Step
